Photography for me, like so many others, is a perspective. A way of seeing the world that is different for all of us. Different in its' colours, its' shadows, its' lines, its' depth and in its' truth. Although I spend most of my time in Wellington New Zealand, I'm always gearing up for the next trip that will take me further afield and allow me to discover more of this wonderful and at times downright crazy planet of ours.
When I am faced with joy, sadness, fear or uncertainty when photographing, it is this aspect that I love most: that of having to confront myself in the photographs I take.
